Some fees are collected to "pay" the strategy provider.
Though, advanced strategies will always emerge from discussions across several contributors, as people who actually code the strategy.
As of today, only the dev who provides the strategy code gets rewarded for it.
This will reduce the engagement of non developer who could suggest strategy improvements.
We need to define financial incentives to involve non coders in the strategy discussions.
One idea could be to share the rewards.

It would be hard to figure out a way to split up the fees if the strategy is a creation of group effort on the forums, but I envision strategists and devs teaming up with one another on the side to build strategies out, maybe before even proposing them. And each strategist/dev "team" can make their own agreement between them re fee splits and code that into the strategy.
